RAASM's 5:1 Ratio Oil Transfer Pumps are designed for transferring medium to high viscosity fluids over large distances of 60m or more. These Oil Transfer Pumps are ideal for large workshops that deal with highly viscous oils and other fluids.
The 5:1 ratio in the RAASM 5:1 Oil Pump refers to the ratio of the area of the air piston to the area of the fluid piston in an air-powered pump. For example - if this pump has 10PSI of air going in, then, there will be a 50PSI of pressure pushing the fluid out of the pump.
